Aamanns 1921, Copenhagen

Situated on a Danish listed heritage site is Aamanns 1921, a lovely restaurant in Copenhagen revamped by ATM Design (All That Matters Design). It’s the first time the basement has been used since World War II, when the building was used as a temporary bomb shelter.

Aamanns’ use of natural ingredients in the menu are reflected in the raw materials chosen for the interior, setting a cosy scene punctuated with iconic chairs from Sibast Furniture, namely Sibast No 7 and No 8 both crafted with Sørensen Leather SAVANNE®.
