In one of London’s largest and busiest shopping centres, the newest restaurant for Sticks’n’Sushi is perfectly located on the Southern entrance of Westfield.
Sticks’n’sushi Westfield is a two-floor restaurant that unfolds two different stories, offering distinctive looks and feels but united by an understated minimalism. The material combination of wood, stone, linen, and leather creates a simple and tranquil universe that is both relaxed and elegant at the same time. A perfect hideaway from the bustling city life.
Featuring ULTRA CRIB5
Sørensen Leather’s ULTRA CRIB5 is used for all seating throughout the restaurant. ULTRA CRIB5 is the perfect type of leather for a restaurant. It’s truly nice to touch and has an extremely strong protective finish, which means that the collection is water repellent, stain resistant and easy to maintain. As a result, it will take longer to show signs of aging or fading due to wear and tear or exposure to light.
Generous curves and custom-made elements
As you enter the ground floor, you’re welcomed by a bright space, generous curves, custom-made elements, sandy clay walls and natural materials. Elegantly designed leather cushions in our ULTRA CRIB5 Brandy are paired with curved built-in banquette seating and dining chairs in walnut from New Works. Leather topped bar stools from Fredericia invite you to take a seat while watching the world go by, a perfect spot for casual dining, drinks or snacks.
Interplay between natural elements
Upon entering the first floor, you’re met by an intimate and warm atmosphere, encouraging a slower pace of dining. A tranquil interior with a modern Scandinavian touch, emphasizing a focus on natural materials to create a stimulating interplay between different elements. Handcrafted dining chairs and bar stools in European walnut by Artisan are customized with our ULTRA CRIB5 Anthrazite leather. A combination of materials that complements each other so well.
Oozes relaxed minimalism
The interior design is completed by the Australian architect and designer, Emily Broom who has created a cozy yet refined interior that exudes an aura of calm. She is the founder of Studio Emily Broom, a Copenhagen based interior architecture and design studio working in spatial design, product design and creative direction.
