Noma is a double Michelin star restaurant and multiple winner of The Best Restaurant in the World that re-opened in Copenhagen to rave reviews. Architect firm David Thulstrup designed the interior of the building by Bjarke Ingels with wood flooring from Dinesen.
Bespoke furniture uplholstered in DUNES®
Thulstrup also designed the bespoke furniture made by Brdr Krüger, featuring pillows crafted with our DUNES® leather collection. It’s high-end destination dining, where fresh ingredients, flowers and other natural elements from the Danish terrain dictate the menu.
Interpretation of Nordic cuisine
Founder and master chef René Redzepi and fellow founder Claus Meyer helped put Denmark on the culinary map with the first Noma. The new Noma continues to re-invent itself, with its endlessly innovative interpretation of Nordic cuisine.
