After 17 years, Sticks’n’Sushi Istedgade has undergone a renovation to enhance the restaurant’s interior, including brand new seating designed by Studio David Thulstrup for Møbel Copenhagen and crafted with Sørensen Leather’s SPECTRUM and ULTRA collections.
The new interior is conceived by Emily Broom, an Australian architect & designer and founder of Copenhagen-based design studio: Studio Emily Broom. She has designed for renowned architecture and design studios: Space Copenhagen, Norm Architects and Dorte Mandrup on projects in Denmark, Sweden, Germany, New York and the UK.
