Nærvær is the Danish word for presence and it’s everywhere you look at this new gourmet restaurant with an outdoor view overlooking the Copenhagen canals. Norm Architects’ superb sense of presence permeates their design of the interior, from their curated spectrum of warm, natural colours to the tactile materials and subtle décor details. Everything contributes to an intimate, authentic experience that’s at once elegant yet inclusive. Sorensen Leather was chosen for key pieces in the seating throughout, further enhancing the desire to be in the moment and immersed in the experience.
