As an eager hunter, the owner of this private hunting lodge situated at the edge of the forest wanted a modern refuge with a dual function, ideal for hunting parties as well as tranquil afternoons with nature just outside the window.

Wall panels upholstered with DESERT
With a focus on natural materials, tactility and details, selected walls in the living room are crafted with our DESERT aniline leather, while the kitchen and bathroom feature natural oak wall panels. Pairing leather with oak brings a warm atmosphere to the space, where these natural materials synchronize with the natural environment and location of the lodge encircled by trees.

Our exclusive DESERT collection has a rustic and dusty look, perfect for this project. A leather that feels smooth with subtle textural details, boasting an authentic and truly unique look to each hide.

Inviting you to enjoy the pleasant view and the tranquility of the forest, the centerpiece of the living room is a large corner window.

The Danish architecture firm RAVN Arkitektur has been responsible for the design and interior. The exterior of the lodge has kept its original appearance and geometry from the construction in 1943.
